To the Unknown Heirs of Pearlene Foster and John Doe, the unknown spouse of Pearlene Foster, whose last known place of residence was unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 24th day of March, 2006, Sky Bank, successor by merger to Second National Bank of Warren, filed a foreclosure action against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 690 on the docket of said Court. The property is more fully described, to wit:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 58904 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, and as shown in Replat of Lincoln Knolls Plat No. 1, as recorded in Volume 40, Page 41-42 of Mahoning County Record of Plats. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 52 Wilmette Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of August, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
