Gray, whose last known address is 1657 Hartzell Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Alice I. Gray, whose last known address is 1657 Hartzell Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, will take notice that on the 7th day of February, 2006, GMAC Mortgage Corporation, filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 501. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
