CURTIS R. GREER, whose last known place of residence was 450 West Judson Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 9th day of December, 2005, Robert E. Brown and Shelly L. Brown, filed a Complaint against you in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, being Case Number 05-365 Erie on the docket of said Court, alleging that:

Plaintiffs Robert E. Brown and Shelley Brown, his wife, demand judgment against defendants Schneider National Carriers, Inc. and Curtis R. Greer in an amount in excess, exclusive of interest and costs, of the sum specified by 28 U.S.C. § 1332.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 6th day of June, 2006.
