The Defendant, Amanda J. Pecor, whose last known address was 5061 Aravesta Avenue, Apt. 5, Boardman, Ohio 44512, whose current place of residence is unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 20th day of March, 2006, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, OH, filed it's Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 1079, as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $22,947.90 upon a certain obligation signed by, deceased, with interest at the rate of 8.50% per annum from March 13, 2006 and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described permises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 33143, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, fka Lot No. 153 in H.W. Davis Land Co., a Subdivision of a part of Original Great Lot No. 2 - Lot No. 17, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 10 of Maps, Page 167, of Mahoning County Records, subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of May, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
