Defendants, JANE DOE, REAL NAME UNKNOWN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE IF ANY, OF, DONALD ALEC MILLIRON, whose last known address is 863 Palmer Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, and JOHN DOE AND/OR JANE DOE, REAL NAMES UNKNOWN, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, ADMINISTRATORS, EXECUTORS AND ASSIGNS OF DONALD ALEC MILLIRON, DECEASED, whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 15th day of February, 2006, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger, to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case Number 06CV 607, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, JANE DOE, REAL NAME UNKNOWN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE IF ANY, OF DONALD ALEC MILLIRON AND JOHN DOE AND/OR JANE DOE, REAL NAMES UNKNOWN, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, ADMINISTRATORS, EXECUTORS AND ASSIGNS OF DONALD ALEC MILLIRON, DECEASED, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being all of Youngstown City Lot No. 35800 and the Westerly 12 feet from front to rear of Youngstown City Lot No. 35801 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Cochran Park East Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Lot No. 43 as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 19, of Maps, Pages 24 and 25 of Mahoning County Records.

Said City Lot No. 35800 and the Westerly 12 feet of City Lot No. 35801 from front to rear together form a parcel of land having a frontage of 57 feet on the Southerly side of Palmer Avenue extending back between parallel lines 135 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Known for street numbering purposes as 863 Palmer Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of May, 2006.
