Hetherington, whose last known address is 3852 Ayrshire Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, will take notice that on the 20th day of December, 2005, Key Bank, National Association, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 4643 on the docket of said Court, alleging that
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Number Two Hundred Forty-one (241) in a replat of Highland Park Plat No. 4 as recorded in Volume 43 of Plat, Page 212, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of Eighty-six (86) feet on the North line of Ayrshire Drive and extends back on its East line One Hundred Seventy-one and Seventy Four Hundredths (171.74) feet, and on its West line One Hundred Sixty-six and Seventy-eight Hundredth (166.78) feet, having a rear line of Eighty-six and Fourteen Hundredths (86.14) feet, as appears by said Plat, subject to all legal highways.
