Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Roger M. Maze, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Roger M. Maze, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the 24th day of January, 2006, JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., s/b/m to Bank One, N.A., filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 290 on the docket of said Court, alleging that
Situated in the Township of Smith, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, known as and being Lot Number Forty-three (43) in Greenlawn Park Addition to Smith Township, as the same is marked, numbered and distinguished on the plat on file with the recorder at Youngstown, Ohio in Plat Volume 11, Page 2. Subject to easements, oil and gas leases, all legal highways, and conditions and restrictions of record, if any.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
