DEFENDANTS.

To the Defendants Abraham Arroyo, deceased, Cruz Arroyo, deceased, the Unknown Heirs of Abraham Arroyo and the Unknown Heirs of Cruz Arroyo (collectively referred to "Defendants"), whose present whereabouts are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take note that on the 7th day of December, 2005. Sky Bank, successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank filed its Complaint for Foreclosure ("Complaint") in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. 05CV 4470. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose upon a mortgage against the real estate currently owned by Defendants, Abraham Arroyo and Cruz Arroyo, now deceased, referred to in Count Two of the Complaint and described as:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 37063 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City and as shown by Mahoning County Records of Maps, Volume 19, Page 43, Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot Number 37063 has frontage of 40 feet on the South side of Pasadena Avenue and extends back a distance of 142.5 feet.

Known for street numbering purposes as 863 Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-113-0-262.00-0

The relief demanded is foreclosure of Plaintiff's Mortgage lien interest and sale of the property in payment of the principal and interest balance due and owing on a Multistate Fixed Rate Note #77018088 executed by Defendants Abraham Arroyo and Cruz Arroyo, now deceased, with an outstanding balance due of Twelve Thousand Seven Forty-two and 26/100 Dollars ($12,742.26) plus interest at the fixed rate of 7.75% per annum from December 2, 2005, plus late charges, costs of this action, costs of title work and future expenses as may be advanced by Sky Bank under the terms of its mortgage and for such further relief to which Sky Bank may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of May, 2006, or you may be denied a hearing in this case.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
