Sam Gibaro, Defendant, whose last known address is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 10th day of March, 2006, the Plaintiff, Peggy Jackson, Administratrix of the Estate of Billie Daniels, filed a Complaint for personal injuries with jury demand, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 957 on the docket of said Court, alleging that Defendant Gibaro, negligently operated his motor vehicle on or about March 10, 2004 and caused it to collide with the vehicle in which the decedent, Billie Daniels, was a passenger.

Wherefore, Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant as follows: Compensatory damages for Plaintiff, in an amount in excess of $25,000.00 plus interest at the legal rate of interest from the date of the accident described above; the costs of this action; and any other remedies this Court deems appropriate.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of May, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
