Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Katherine Doinoff, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Katherine Doinoff, whose last known addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 24th day of January, 2006, NovaStar Mortgage, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 294 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

And known as being all of Residential Unit No. 2, together with the undivided interest as set forth in the Declaration in and to all common elements and facilities in Talsman Point Condominium, located at 211 Talsman Drive, Canfield, Ohio 44406, as shown by the drawings recorded in Condominium Map Volume 85, Page 31, and as further described by the Declaration and By-Laws of Talsman Point Condominium, recorded in Volume 1607, Page 292, of Mahoning County Records, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of May, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
