Defendants, Robin Mullins and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If Any of Robin Mullins, whose last known address is 236 N. Beverly Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, will take notice that on the 12th day of October, 2005, Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, c/o AMC Mortgage Services, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case Number 05CV 3768, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Robin Mullins and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any of Robin Mullins and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any of Robin Mullins, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and being further described as follows: and known as being Sub Lot Number One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-seven (1697) in Austinbrook Acres Plat as recorded in Volume 33 of Plats, Page 58 Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the Westerly line of North Beverly Avenue and extends back on its North Line One Hundred Forty (140) feet and on its South line One Hundred Forty (140) feet having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet as appears by said Plat.

Known for street numbering purposes as 236 North Beverly Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 48-024-0-155.00-0

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 16th day of May, 2006.
