Frank Santolla and Jane Doe Santolla, real name unknown, spouse if any of Frank Santolla, whose last known place of residence was unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 9th day of February, 2006, First Place Bank, filed a Complaint against Frank Santolla, et al. in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 539, asking for judgment in the following amount: (a) on account number xxxxxxxxxx the total amount due is $10,305.58, plus interest at the rate of 6.875% per annum from February 7, 2006, plus delinquent interest, delinquent escrow, and contractual late charges; and also seeking for foreclosure of certain mortgages and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Struthers City Lot #814 as lots are now numbered in said City. Said Lot fronts 60 feet on the South side of State Street and extends back by its East line 102.3 feet by its West line 123.3 feet and being 63.5 feet wide in the rear.

Also following described parcel of land: Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as the East 7 ft. of City Lot #815 as Lots are now numbered in said City.

Said East part of Lot # 815 fronts 7 ft. on the South side of State Street and extends back parallel to and 7 ft. distance from the East line of said Lot and extending back by its East line, 123.3 feet and by its West line 125.6 feet.

Frank Santolla is required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of May, 2006.
