Rachel L. Markle, whose last known place of residence was 5971 Weaver Road, Berlin Center, Ohio 44401, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 19th day of July, 2005, Brian Gorby, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 2601 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

Plaintiff Brian Gorby demands damages against the Defendant Rachel L. Markle in excess of $25,000 together with costs herein.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of May, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
