Robert K. Tait, whose last known address was 160 Ridgeway, Struthers, Ohio 44471, whose place of residence and post office address is unknown to plaintiff and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained will take notice that on the 15th day of March, 2005, Eaglemark Savings Bank, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 939.

The prayer in the complaint is that the court find due the plaintiff the sum $18,354.14 plus interest at $7.08 per day from March 7, 2005 as provided for under the terms of the Retail Installment Sales Contract, plus interest from the date of judgment at the statutory rate, title possession of the 2001 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, Model FLSTF Vin No. 1HD1BMY111Y028071.

Plaintiff further states that on October 3, 2005, it filed a Motion for Order of Possession. A hearing on said Motion for Order of Possession is scheduled for December 1, 2005 at 9:00 o'clock a.m., Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, before Judge Durkin.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 2nd day of May, 2006.
