Thomas, aka Sharlene Thomas, whose last known place of residence was unknown, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 7th day of November, 2005, Walter Mortgage Company, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 4139 requesting the Court to terminate any interest that you have in the premises described as follows:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
