DEFENDANTS.

Defendants, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF JOE JACKSON (Deceased) and TWIN OAKS ENTERPRISES, INC., whose last known addresses are unknown, and who cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 25th day of November, 2005, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a Texas corporation, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 4354 against Defendants, JOE JACKSON (Deceased), and others as Defendants, alleging that Defendant, JOE JACKSON, (Deceased), executed and delivered a certain Note, a copy of which is attached to the Complaint and made a part thereof, that there is due to Plaintiff the unpaid principal balance of $49,113.15 plus interest as set forth in the Note from April 1, 2005; that to secure the payment of said Note Defendants, JOE JACKSON (Deceased) and MARJORIE JACKSON, executed and delivered a Mortgage Deed, thereby conveying the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lots Number Thirty-six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-eight (36758) and Thirty-six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-nine (36759) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 18 of Plats, Page 148, Mahoning County Records

Said Lots have a combined frontage of Eighty (80) feet on the North line of Pasadena Avenue and extends back on their East line One Hundred Fifty-six (156) feet, and on their West line One Hundred Fifty-six (156) feet, having a combined rear line of Eighty (80) feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 532 Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.

that said Note is in default, whereby the conditions set forth in said Note and Mortgage have been broken, said Mortgage Deed has become absolute and Plaintiff is entitled to have said Mortgage foreclosed, said premises sold, and the proceeds applied in payment of Plaintiff's claims; that Defendant, MAHONING COUNTY TREASURER, and the Clerk of Courts, may have or claim to have some interest in or lien upon said premises; that all of said Defendants be required to set forth any claim, lien or interest in or upon the above described premises which he or she may have or be forever barred there from; that therefore Plaintiff demands judgment in the amount of $49,113.15 plus interest as set forth in the Note from April 1, 2005, plus any sums advanced to pay real estate taxes, hazard insurance premiums, property protection and maintenance, plus late charges and interest from the date of such advances; for Plaintiff's cost of evidence of title and for all of its costs herein expended; that the Mortgage referred to be found and adjudged to be a valid and subsisting, first and best lien upon the real estate described herein; that the Mortgage and the Defendants equity of redemption be foreclosed; that all parties hereto answer as to their interests or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all liens be marshaled and their priorities determined; that the premises be sold as if upon execution, and the proceeds of any sale be applied according to law; and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

Defendants, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF JOE JACKSON (Deceased) and TWIN OAKS ENTERPRISES, INC., are further notified that they are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of April, 2006, or judgment may be rendered as prayed for therein.
