You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled "CitiFinancial Mortgage Company, Inc., Assignee of Mortgage Express, Inc., vs. James T. Mapes, et al." This case has been assigned Case No. 05CV 2874 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio. The object of the complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real property located at 557 Cameron, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 and the prayer is to foreclose on all interest owned by you and for costs. You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 4th day of April, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
