Andrew A. Ray, whose last known place of residence was 23256 Rinker Road, Minerva, Ohio 44657, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice Brian S. Sabo, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 3699 and is assigned to Judge James C. Evans.

The complaint is to seek monetary judgment for personal injuries. The Complaint seeks damages in excess of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
