Mary Wymer's Unknown Heirs, creditors, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors and assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 18th day of November, 2005, JP Morgan Chase Bank, as trustee on behalf of the registered certificateholders of GSAMP Trust 2004-SEA2, Mortgage pass-through certificates, Series 2004-SEA2, filed its Complaint in Case No. 05CV 4287 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Mahoning County Clerk of Court, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Mary Wymer's Unknown Heirs, creditors, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors and assigns have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot No. 33479 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 98, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the North line of Florida Avenue and extends back on its East line 140 feet, and on its West line 140 feet, having a rear line of 40 feet. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 328 East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of March, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
