On or about May 26, 2003, Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) in U.S. Currency was seized by the Ohio State Highway Patrol during the arrest of Christopher L. Hodge in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio. A forfeiture petition has been filed in regards to the property by the Mahoning County Prosecutor. Anyone having an ownership or security interest in the property may file an affidavit in the Court of Common Pleas by March 6, 2006.
