Rondal L. Estep, whose last known place of residence was 37 Kenmore Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 2nd day of February, 2005, Joseph S. Patton, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 372 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

On or about December 14, 2003, Plaintiff, Joseph S. Patton, was lawfully and properly operating and traveling in a vehicle on Idaho Road in the Township of Austintown, when the Defendant, Rondal L. Estep, negligently operated his automobile and attempted to turn left into the path of Joseph S. Patton, striking the Plaintiff's vehicle, thus causing injury to him. Plaintiff, Joseph S. Patton, demands judgment against the Defendant, Rondal L. Estep, for money damages in an amount in excess of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars, plus interest and costs of this action.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of March, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
