First Select, Inc., whose last place of residence is unknown, as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 23rd day of September, 2005, PHH Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint in Case No. 05CV 3510 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant First Select, Inc., has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and known as being all of Lot No. 8485 and the Southerly part of Lot No. 8486 according to the latest enumeration of lots is said City as recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page 94, Mahoning County Records.
Said lots have a combined frontage of 99 feet on the Easterly line of Poplar Street and extends back on its Northerly line 97.5 feet, and on its Southerly line 99.5 feet, having a rear line of 99 feet, as appears by said Plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 177 Poplar Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44510.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of March, 2006.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
