Thomas E. Ragland, Unknown Spouse of Thomas E. Ragland, Unknown Tenant or Land Contract Vendee and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Assigns of Thomas E. Ragland, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence shall take notice that on the 12th day of August, 2005, Plaintiff, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 2941 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the real property situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and:
Known as being Lot No. 33797 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 18 of Plats, Page 50 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 70.14 feet on the Easterly line of Market Street and extends back on its Northerly line 108.6 feet, and its Southerly line 144.5 feet, having a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said Plat, subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the above-described property be sold at public auction, that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens, and for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary. Plaintiff further prays that the above-named Defendants be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on said premises, and that equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed.
Said Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of February, 2006. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
