Defendant, BERNARD W. THOMAS, JR., whose last known place of residence is 254 E. Boston Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, will hereby take notice that Plaintiff, DENNIS TROLL has filed an action for personal injuries in this cause, demanding money damages for injuries and property damage sustained as a result of an accident which occurred March 2, 2003, involving Defendant, BERNARD W. THOMAS, JR. in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 766 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

The demand for judgment is in an amount in excess of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00), plus interest and costs.

Defendant, BERNARD W. THOMAS, JR., is required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of March, 2006.
