Eric L. Ritchey, aka Eric Leon Ritchey whose last known address is 3734 Arnold Avenue, Canton, Ohio 44709 and Jane Doe, Spouse of Eric L. Ritchey, aka Eric Leon Ritchey, If Married (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 3734 Arnold Avenue, Canton, Ohio 44709, and whose residence is unknown, and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 7th day of September, 2005, National City Mortgage Company filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 05CV 3289 in said Court against Eric L. Ritchey, aka Eric Leon Ritchey, et al, praying for judgment of $103,558.68 with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from September 1, 2003 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the Village of Sebring, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as and being Lot Number Seventeen Hundred Sixty (#1760) in said Village of Sebring, as the same is marked, numbered and distinguished on the recorded plat of said Village as on file in the Office of the Mahoning County, Ohio Recorder at Youngstown, Ohio.
Subject to all easements, leases, conditions, exceptions, rights of ways, reservations, assessments and restrictions of record.
Known for street numbering purposes as 340 S. 18th Street, Sebring, Ohio 44672
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 21-001-0-163.00-0 and 21-001-0-163.00-A
and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 23rd day of February, 2006, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
