Estate of Edna M. Campbell, Unknown Spouse of Edna M. Campbell, and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Assigns of Edna M. Campbell, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence shall take notice that on the 12th day of May, 2005, Plaintiff, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 1709 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the real property located at:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Unit 5062 in Winthrop, a condominium together with the undivided interest in and to said condominium as forth in the Declaration of and By-Laws of said condominium, as recorded in the Official Record Volume 2261, Page 19, Mahoning County Records, and as further described in the drawings of said condominium as recorded in Volume 88 of Plats, Page 42, Mahoning County Records, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the above-described property be sold at public auction, that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens, and for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary. Plaintiff further prays that the above-named Defendants be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on said premises.
Said Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of February, 2006. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
