Samuel Booker, Estate of Samuel Booker, Unknown Spouse of Samuel Booker, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Assigns of Samuel Booker, Irene Booker, Estate of Irene Booker, Unknown Spouse of Irene Booker, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Assigns of Irene Booker, and Unknown Tenant or Land Contract Vendee, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence shall take notice that on the 10th day of August, 2005, Plaintiff, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 2909 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the real property located at:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being City Lot No. 15520, according to the present numbering of lots in said City.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 369 West Earle Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-058-0-393.00-0

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the above-described property be sold at public auction, that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens, and for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary. Plaintiff further prays that the above-named Defendants be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on said premises.

Said Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of February, 2006. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
