Sam's Investment Company, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence shall take notice that on the 26th day of October, 2005, Plaintiff, Jeffrey Rudzik filed his Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 3963 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by him for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the real property located at:

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 6493, as shown in a Plat thereof known as Yellow Creek Circle Plat No. 1, recorded in Volume 47, Page 26, Mahoning County Records of Plats.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 38-011-0-236.00-0

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the above-described property be sold at public auction, that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens, and for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary. Plaintiff further prays that the above-named Defendants be required to answer and set up its interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on said premises.

Said Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of February, 2006. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
