Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Debra D. Moore, aka Debra Denise Moore, Deceased whose last known address is unknown and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 9th day of November, 2005, Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis, fka Union Federal Savings Bank of Indianapolis filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 05CV 4167 in said Court against John Doe, Spouse of Debra D. Moore, aka Debra Denise Moore, Deceased, if married (name unknoWn), et al. praying for judgment of $19,612.82 with interest at the rate of 10% per annum from April 1, 2005 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 59001 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as shown by the recorded plat of Volume 40 of Maps, Pages 41 & 42 of Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 59001 has a frontage of 60 feet on the Easterly line of Fincastle Lane, and extends back between parallel lines 100 feet on the Easterly line, 100 feet on the Westerly line and has a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Known for street numbering purposes as 23 Fincastle Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44505

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that he will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 14th day of February, 2006, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
