Defendant, Thomas Dunn, whose last known address was 4358 Cartwright, Burbank, California 91310, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 7th day of April, 2005, Alexander Tremble, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 1326 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court grant the following relief for Plaintiff against Defendant:

1. Award to the Plaintiff the sum of $143,800.00, plus interest in damages;

2. Award costs and interest, attorney fees;

3. Award punitive damages.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 7th day of February, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
