Anthony Weathesly and Unknown Spouse of Anthony Weathesly, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence shall take notice that on the 14th day of November, 2005, Plaintiff, Gary P. Ventling filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 4214 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to a certain parcel of real property:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Great Lot No. 1.

PROPERTY LOCATION: Elvira Avenue, Austintown, OH 44515

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 48-072-0-018.00-0

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the property to Plaintiff or directing that the property be sold at public auction, and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays that the above-named Defendants be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same and that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on said premises.

Said Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-one (21) days after last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of December, 2005. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
