Jane Doe, name unknown, spouse of John A. Remick as of 6/30/92 and John Doe, name uknown, spouse of Susan J. Remick as of 10/27/97, whose last known address is Address Unknown, and will take notice that on the 13th day of October, 2005, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, formerly known as Banker's Trust Company, as Trustee and Custodian by: Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc., fka Meritech Mortgage Services, Inc., c/o Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 05CV 3790 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 8399 Glenwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortage recorded in Mortgage Book 5304, Page 1539, of this County Recorder's Office.

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of January, 2006, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
