DEFENDANTS.

The Heirs of Robert W. Shields, Manuela G. Shields and John Doe, real name unknown, spouse if any of Manuela G. Shields, will take notice that on the 27th day of May, 2005, First Place Bank, successor in interest to FFY Bank, filed a Complaint against The Heirs of Robert W. Shields, et al., asking for judgment in the following amounts: on account number 4110200566 the total amount due is $90,696.66, plus interest at the rate of 9.00% per annum from May 25, 2005, plus delinquent interest, delinquent escrow, and constractual late charges; and also seeking for foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio; and known as being Sub Lot No. 996 in Highland Park Plat No. 16, a subdivision of a part of original Austintown Township Great Lot Nos. 16, 17 & 18, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 58 of Maps, Page 47 and 48 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Sub Lot No. 996 has a frontage of 80.67 feet on the Southerly side of Nottingham Avenue, and extends back 143.25 feet on the Easterly line, 151.46 feet on the Westerly line, and has a rear line of 80 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 4225 Nottingham Avenue, Austintown, Ohio 44511.

The Heirs of Robert W. Shields, Manuela G. Shields, and John Doe, real name unknown, spouse if any of Manuela G. Shields, are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 3rd day of January, 2006.
