Joseph E. Pirtz whose last known address is 1406 3rd Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 and Jane Doe, Spouse of Joseph E. Pirtz, if married (name unknown) whose last known address is 1406 3rd Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 1st day of July, 2005, National City Bank filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 05CV 2375 in said Court against Joseph E. Pirtz, et al. praying for judgment of $9,480.63 with interest at the rate of 8% per annum from March 1, 2005 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

SITUATED IN THE CITY OF YOUNGSTOWN, COUNTY OF MAHONING AND STATE OF OHIO, AND KNOWN AS BEING YOUNGSTOWN CITY LOT NO. 23836 ACCORDING TO THE LATEST ENUMERATION OF LOTS IN SAID CITY, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 11 OF PLATS, PAGE 17, MAHONING COUNTY RECORDS.

SAID LOTS HAVE A FRONTAGE OF 50 FEET ON THE SOUTH LINE OF ALMYRA AVENUE AND EXTENDS BACK ON ITS EAST LINE 207.5 FEET, AND ON ITS WEST LINE 207.5 FEET, HAVING A REAR LINE OF 50 FEET, AS APPEARS BY SAID PLAT.

Known for street numbering purposes as 637 Almyra, Youngstown, Ohio 44511

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-129-0-044.00-0

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 3rd day of January, 2006, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
