Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrator of Theresa M. Muscolo, whose last place of residence is known as Address Unknown, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 1st day of July, 2005, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, as trustee for certificate holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities, Inc. Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2003-2, filed its Complaint in foreclosure in Case No. 05CV 2376 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrators of Theresa M. Muscolo, deceased, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:
SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, COUNTY OF MAHONING, AND STATE OF OHIO:
AND KNOWN AS CAMPBELL CITY LOT NO. 5524 ACCORDING TO THE LATEST ENUMERATION OF LOTS IN SAID CITY.
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF PORTER AVENUE AT THE INTERSECTION, THEREOF OF THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT NO. 5525; THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG SAID CITY LOT NO. 5525 A DISTANCE OF 140 FEET; THENCE TO THE INTERSECTION THEREOF OF A 20 FOOT ALLEY; THENCE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE ALLEY A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET TO A POINT IN THE INTERSECTION THEREOF WITH THE WESTERLY TERMINUS OF SAID ALLEY; THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE OF SAID ALLEY A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 45 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION, THEREOF WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF CAMPBELL CITY LOT NO. 5523; THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG SAID EASTERLY LINE A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION THEREOF WITH THE NORTHERLY LINE OF PORTER AVENUE; THENCE IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF PORTER AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 70 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
NOTE: LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN DEED: BOOK 3043, PAGE 167, CONTAINS A SCRIVENER'S ERROR, CITY LOT NO. 4707 SHOULD BE CITY LOT NO. 5523; HOWEVER, SAID ERROR DOES NOT MATERIALLY AFFECT THE INTEGRITY OR INSURABILITY OF THE TRANSFER OF TITLE TO THE GRANTEE.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner‘s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 3rd DAY OF JANUARY, 2005.
