To the Estate of Fred L. Hoefer, whose last known address is 548 Shadydale Drive, Canfield, Ohio 44406, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Addministrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Fred L. Hoefer, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will hereby take notice that on the 11th day of October, 2005, Gennaro Pavers, Inc., filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 3749 on the docket of said Court, and the object and demand for relief of which is to quiet the title to the personal residence located at 381 Findlay Court, Canfield, Ohio 44406 and the prayer is to foreclose and quiet all interest owned by you and for costs.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of December, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
