The Defendant, Marissa M. Davis, whose last known address was 2379 Clyde Street, Poland, Ohio 44514, whose place of residence is unknown and cannot be ascertained, will hereby take notice that on the 15th day of July, 2005, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 2543 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $14,116.46 upon a certain obligation signed by Donald H. Davis and Carolyn J. Davis, now deceased, with interest at the rate of 5.25% per annum from June 29, 2005, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot No. 59 in Replat of Claremont Heights Plat No. 1, a subdivision of a part of Original Poland Township, Great Lot No. 4, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 40 of Maps, Page 35, of Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 2379 Clyde Street, Poland, Ohio 44514.

Said above named parties are Defendants in the above entitled action and are required to answer within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of December, 2005.
