Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of John Fletcher and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of John Fletcher, all of whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 21st day of September, 2005, Key Bank, National Association, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 3482. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as: City of Lot Number Fifty-seven Hundred Eighty-one (5781) as lots are now numbered in said City.

Said Lot fronts Sixty (60) feet on the East side of Runge Avenue and extends back by its North line, One HUndred Fofrty-eight and Forty-four Hundredths (148.44) feet; by its South line, One Hundred Forty eight and Thirty-eight Hundredths (148.38) feet said being Sixty (60) feet wide in the rear.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1158 Runge Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of December, 2005.
