You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled "Associates First Capital Corporation, a Delaware Corporation vs. Unknown Administrator/ Executor/ Executrix of the Estate of Evelyn J. Burgmyer, aka Evenly Burgmyer, deceased, et al." This case has been assigned Case No. 04CV 4421 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio.
The object of the Amended Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real property located at 408 W. Harvey Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471 and the prayer is to foreclose on all interest owned by you and for costs. The real estates in question are also legally described as:
And known as being Struthers City Lot Number Six Thousand Thirty-five (6035) according to the present enumeration of lots in said City.
Said Struthers City Lot Number 6035 has a frontage of Sixty-four (64) feet on the South line of Harvey Street, and extends back therefrom, of even width, to a depth of One Hundred Sixty-one (161) feet.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of December, 2005.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
