J. Daniel Lyden and Betty Jane Lyden, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence shall take notice that on the 15th day of June, 2005, Plaintiff, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 2137 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the real property located at:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as being City Lot No. Nineteen Thousand and Ten (19010), according to the latest enumeration of Youngstown City Lots and Out Lots, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning on the South side of Crandall Avenue at a point which is distant East Seventy-seven and Two Hundredths (77.02) feet from the intersection of the South line of Crandall Avenue with East line of Ford Avenue; said point of beginning being also the Northeast corner of City Lot 19009; thence South along the East line of City Lot #19009, a distance of One Hundred and Fifty (150) feet to the Southeast corner of City Lot #19009; thence East parallel with the South line of Crandall Avenue a distance of Fifty (50) feet to the Southwest corner of City Lot #19011; thence North along the West line of said City Lot #19011, a distance of One Hundred and Fifty (150) feet to the South line of Crandall Avenue; thence West along the South line of Crandall Avenue, a distance of Fifty (50) feet to the place of beginning, also known as Sub Lot #89 of the Realty Trust Company's subdivision, plat of which is recorded in Volume 16, Page 4, Mahoning County Records of Maps.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the above-described property be sold at public auction, that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens, and for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary. Plaintiff further prays that the above-named Defendants be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on said premises, and that equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed.

Said Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-one (21) days after last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of November, 2005. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
