TONYA GREEN, whose last known place of residence was 461 Parkcliffe, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 7th day of June, 2005, Willie James Gibson, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 2011 on the docket of said Court, alleging that
There is due and owing to Plaintiff's on the Land Installment Contract the sum of Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($16900.00) plus interest at the rate of 8% from January 1, 2000.
That all Defendants be compelled to set up whatever lien, claim or interest they have or claim to have in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same.
That all liens on the real estate described by marshalled.
That the real estate described herein be decreed sold according to law, and that the proceeds from such sale be applied to payment of the amounts due the Plaintiffs by reason of their lien and priority thereof.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of November, 2005.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
