Floyd Cromwell, whose last place of residence is known as 37 North Portland Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509, as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 22nd day of June, 2005, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee, filed its Complaint in Case No. 05CV 2222 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Mahoning and City of Youngstown and being further described as follows: and known as City Lot Number Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-one (18251) as lots are now numbered in said city and as shown by a Plat recorded in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 25, Mahoning County Records.
Said City Lot No. 18251 has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the east line of Portland Avenue and extends back, of even width, One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 37 North Portland Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 15th day of November, 2005.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
