JOHN L. CIMINELLI, AKA JOHN CIMINELLI, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
Jill Doe, whose real name is unknown, spouse of Edward H. Langer as of 05/20/98 and John Doe, whose real name is unknown, spouse of Sheila L. Langer as of 05/20/98, whose last known address is ADDRESS UNKNOWN, and will take notice that on the 3rd day of August, 2005, J.P. Morgan Chase, c/o ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 05CV 2801 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 105 North Osborne Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Registered Land Volume 15, Page 175, of this County Recorder's Office.

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of October, 2005, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
