FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE
PLAINTIFF,
VS.
JOAN BRINDIAR, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
Jane Doe, whose real name is unknown, spouse of John Brindiar as of 06/30/04, and John Brindiar, whose last known address is unknown, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of John Brindiar, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 17th day of June, 2005, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., c/o Chase Home Finance, LLC filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 05CV 2160 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 7911 North Lima Road, Poland, Ohio 44514 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5454, Page 3, of this County Recorder's Office.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 35-045-0-041.00-0
All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of October, 2005, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
