Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Edward O. Evans and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Edward O. Evans, all of whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 6th day of July, 2005, Citifinancial, Inc., filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 2425 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And being known as Struthers City Lot Number 2184 as Lots are numbered in said City. Said Struthers City Lot No. 2184 fronts 40.02 feet on the South line of Elm Street, and extends back therefrom on its Easterly line 158.16 feet, and on its Westerly line 159.52 feet, and has a rear line of 40 feet.
