John Doe, whose real name is unknown, spouse of Christine E. McRoberts, aka Christine D. McRoberts as of June 21, 1999, whose last known address is Address Unknown, and will take notice that on the 18th day of May, 2005, U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee, c/o Chase Home Finance, LLC, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., c/o Chase Home Finance, LLC filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 05CV 1785 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 116 Lowell Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5330, Page 1522, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-190-0-175.00-0

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 4th day of October, 2005, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
