JOSEPH P. DEMICHAEL, III, AKA JOSEPH P. DEMICHAEL, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
Joseph P. DeMichael, III, aka Joseph P. DeMichael, whose last known address is 4065 Stratmore Avenue, Boardman, Ohio 44511-3547, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Joseph P. DeMichael, III, aka Joseph P. DeMichael, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 24th day of May, 2005, U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 1, 2002, among Credit-Based Asset Servicing and Securitization LLC, Asset Backed Funding Corporation, Litton Loan Servicing L.P. and JP Morgan Chase Bank, C-Bass Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-CB1, without recourse, c/o Litton Loan Servicing, L.P. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 05CV 1852 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 4065 Stratmore Avenue, Boardman, Ohio 44511-3547 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 3849, page 43, of this County Recorder's Office.

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 27th day of September, 2005, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
