DEFENDANTS.
Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and assigns of Theresa M. Muscolo, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Theresa M. Muscolo, all of whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 14th day of June, 2005, Citifinancial, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 2110 on the docket of said Court, alleging that
PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as Campbell City Lot No. 1048, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, and formerly known as Lot No. 100 of the East Youngstown Land & Improvement Co., Plat No. 2, recorded in Mahoning County Record of Plats, at Vol 4, Page 26. Said Lot No. 1048 having a frontage of 50 feet on the North side of Tenney Avenue and extending back therefrom between parallel lines along its East line to a depth of 145.99 feet and along its West line to a depth of 145.7 feet.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Premises known as Campbell Lot No. 1047 formerly Lot No. 99 of the East Youngstown Land & Improvement Co., Plat No. 2, recorded in Vol. 4 of Maps, at Page 26 of Mahoning County Records, having a frontage of 50 feet on the Northerly side of Tenney Avenue and extending back 145.33 feet on the Westerly line which is also the Easterly line of Tenth Street and 145.7 feet along the Easterly line of Campbell City Lot No. 1048, and having a rear line of 50 feet.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 320 Tenney Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44405.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 7th day of September, 2005.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
