Daryle I. Martin, whose last known place of residence was 40 Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 5th day of November, 2004, Plaintiff filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 3892 on the docket of said Court, alleging that Plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident at the fault of Defendant and demanding judgment against the Defendant in an amount in excess of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($25,000.00).

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of August, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
