Dale Niles, whose last known place of residence was 1655 West Hampton Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, otherwises whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that Hampton Homeowners Association, to foreclose upon the certificate of lien, filed for record in the Mahoning County Recorders Office on the 18th day of January, 2005, for the unpaid portion of common expenses in the amount of Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($6667.16), as of January 11, 2005. The real estate is more fully described to wit:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Unit Number 1655, Building No. 9, West Hampton Condominium Phase No. 3, together with the undivided interest as set forth in and to West Hampton Condominium as described in the Declaration and By Laws of said Condominium as recorded in Official Records Volume 408, Page 1, and by the amendment as filed Official Volume 417, Page 33, and by the second amendment as filed in Official Records Volume 957, Page 127, and by the third amendment filed as Official Records 1093, Page 65, Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1655 West Hampton Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44515.

Defendant is required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 20th day of September, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
